Avatar was hired for this temple classroom design build project in Newton MA.

Scope of Work:

• Demo existing space and frame new layout adding classrooms and bathrooms
• New mechanicals including plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler system
• new flooring and paint

This project was completed on budget and one time, under 60 a day deadline with extended hours to minimize temple interruptions.
