We are excited to present Grand Maison – a six story 252 unit apartment complex and retail space, located at 533 Elm Street in the heart of Manchester, New Hampshire.

This project will transform the current aging commercial space into a modern apartment complex for both families and individuals with features and amenities not currently available at other residential options in the area.

This area has much to offer its residents from dining, nightlife and sporting events, and this new site will extend those amenities to many more potential residents.

Grand Maison will include 252 residential units (including several upgraded penthouse apartments) as well as one 1,330 sf first floor retail space, a fitness center, pool, and rooftop deck.
