This manufacturing and lab renovation started with a complete demo of the existing space to make way for an open warehouse space, a new open concept kitchen, modular laser room, heat room, solutions lab, vestibule, lobby, parts storage area, four new supervisor offices and an envirochamber lab.

New electrical, HVAC, plumbing, epoxy floors, new cubical work stations, new floor drains for the kitchen and labs, upgraded ceiling lighting throughout, security warehouse fencing with electronic access and high-speed fabric doors on the loading dock.
