This mixed-use renovation project included several first floor retail spaces as well as multiple apartment renovations on the second floor. The first floor retail spaces were designed with modern aesthetics to attract new businesses and create a vibrant atmosphere. These spaces can now accommodate a variety of businesses such as retail, restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops.

In addition to the commercial spaces, the second floor underwent major renovations to transform six outdated apartments into stylish and modern living spaces. The newly renovated units feature high-end finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and open concept layouts that maximize natural light.
