Nazar Vincent
The team at Avatar delivers a complete experience that guides its clients from idea to reality. Operated under management of a self-proclaimed design-build fanatic, the genuine love for the art and craft of his profession is infectious. His passion draws out the best in his teammates and makes his clients feel comfortable immersing themselves in the process. A skilled and empathetic listener, he is able to read between the lines to uncover valuable insights and creative inspiration.
Over his twenty-year career, Nazar Vincent has worked on many notable projects throughout New England, but his passion remains rooted in the happiness of his clients and the design-build buildings he creates for them, not the accolades. Nazar is still as approachable, enthusiastic, and openly collaborative as he was the day he graduated from a prestigious New England Architectural Engineering College.

Rob Paccione
Registered Architect | LEED AP
Rob Paccione is a Massachusetts registered Architect with over 20 years experience working in all facets of architectural design, planning, and construction.
Over the years Mr. Paccione has been responsible for the design and construction oversight for new construction, historic restoration and adaptive reuse for projects in both the public and private sector. He has experience working on the restoration of historic buildings, college and university buildings including residence halls and libraries, and single and multi-family residential projects.
Mr. Paccione received his bachelor degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Architectural Engineering and his Master’s Degree from Boston Architectural College in Architecture.
He also served as a full time member and Clerk of the Town of Burlington Zoning Board of Appeals and the Route 3A Overlay District Committee.
